Made for photo magnet vendors
Keep pressing magnets when the WiFi gets flaky.
The offline-first magnet platform that lets guests scan to send photos so you can keep making sales on the spot, even with terrible internet.
The problem
The internet is super slow.
Your booth doesn't have to be.
Customer waiting.
“Is it loading?”
You tapping again.
“Did that order go through?”
Three more customers arrive.
Now you're trying to remember who's waiting for what.
If the internet dies halfway through your Saturday, you can still:
- keep the printer printing
- see what needs made
- mark magnets paid
- keep the line moving
What Vendormade does
One screen runs your whole market day.
Take the order. Make it. Hand it over. Know what the money did, at any point in the day and not after you've packed the van. It's one clear list right in front of you instead of juggling multiple apps and whatever you're holding in your head.
Offline-first is why it holds up on a bad day. It isn't the whole job.
Orders
A line of people waiting on a loading screen slows your whole booth down. Orders are saved on your device the moment you tap, so the next customer never waits on the WiFi.
Production
When the network stalls, it's easy to lose track of who's waiting for what. Your queue stays on your screen, in the order to make it, whether the internet is up or not.
Money
A dropped connection shouldn't mean guessing what you made. Every order keeps what it cost and how it was paid, so your totals are right there before you pack up.
The app can say OFFLINE while your booth keeps running. That's the proof.
Take an order with me
Pick a photo of your own and it goes straight onto the blank. That is how an order starts at the table.
It stays on your device. Nothing here uploads it.
How it works
Take it. Make it. Hand it over. Know what it made.
Take the order
Ring it up at the table in a few taps, or let the customer send it from their own phone. Same list either way.
Make it
Your queue shows what still needs made, in the order to make it. Print the sheet, press it, move on.
Hand it over
Mark it paid and call the name. If money is still owed, the app stops you and says who owes what.
Know what it made
Your totals are done before you pack up, and each show weighs its sales against its booth fee, gas and hotel: rebook, watch the fees, or skip. When you get a signal, the day goes up to your account on its own.
Who it's for
Built for people who make things at the booth.
Photo magnet vendors, market and festival vendors, makers, artists, and anyone building a custom product while the customer waits.
Your booth
Your queue, print jobs, and totals live right on your screen, so none of your production gets stalled by venue internet.
Orders from their phone
Customers order from their own phone, on their own signal. If their phone can't get through, you ring the order up yourself and nothing stops.
Who uses it today
I am not going to tell you thousands of vendors use this. Right now it is me, at my own table, every market. Early access is small on purpose, so when something goes wrong you are messaging the person who built it.

Founder's note
Built because this kept happening.
I've watched a booth full of customers turn into a line of people waiting on a loading screen. Not because the booth was too busy. Because everyone was sharing one terrible internet connection.
An order that should take 20 seconds suddenly takes two minutes, and there's someone standing right in front of you the whole time. That's Saturday afternoon at a busy market.
So I built Vendormade around a simple idea: your booth shouldn't stop working just because the internet does.
It doesn't take the payment yet, and I'm not going to pretend otherwise. You keep using whatever you use now. I started with the part that slows you down every single market, and I run it at my own booth every market, which means I find the bugs before you do.

Questions
Before you join the list
Made at the booth
Built by a magnet vendor who runs live events and doesn't want to rely on a connection.
Built for makers who take orders and make products while customers wait.
Join the waitlist
When the connection drops, the booth doesn't.
Be one of the first vendors running Vendormade at markets, festivals, and events. The list is small on purpose, so if you hit a problem you're talking to me and not a support ticket.
Signal is still required for payments, unless your POS can process offline.
